Next we will be exporting five files from Galaxy to GenomeSpace. Both the knockout and wild-type expression data for genes that were differentially expressed, both the knockout and wild-type MACS output containing the read fragment pile up data and the MACS output of transcription factor binding sites. Select “Send Data” from the toolbar on the left and then select “GenomeSpace Exporter”. Select the knockout MACS output then select the folder in which you would like to send this file to. Name your file appropriately, for instance we call this “Prep1_ko_peaks.bw”. Then select “Execute”. You will have to send the remaining four files as well.
